About the event
A breath of Shabbat on a busy Monday. Monday Night Menuchah is a free drop-in gathering for grounding and rest. Each session is anchored by a short Jewish text or Hebrew phrase, moves into guided meditation and a niggun, and settles into an extended sound bath with singing bowls and other relaxing instruments. We close with a few minutes for quiet sharing.
