About the event
The Cancer Bridges Sound Bath + Reiki program is a calming group experience that blends Reiki with the healing power of sound. Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique, given through gentle touch or from a distance, to encourage the natural flow of energy. As practitioners offer Reiki, the vibrations of drums, crystal and metal singing bowls, vocal tones, and chimes work synergistically to deepen relaxation and support energetic release. This program provides a warm, supportive space to reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. Enjoy refreshments and conversation after the session.
Please bring a mat, pillow, or anything else that will help you relax comfortably. Chairs are also available.
